A few glimpses of Apartment 1
Apartment prices are per day. Breakfast is NOT included in the price for the apartments (see “Bread roll service). In addition to the rental price, a tourist tax of €5.00 per person per day (for guests aged 15 and over) and a final cleaning fee of €100.00 apply. For short stays (up to 3 nights) a short stay surcharge of €15,00 per day and per person will be charged.

Our apartments are equipped with their spacious kitchens for complete self-catering, so we are happy to offer you our morning bread service!
However, if you would prefer to help yourself to our breakfast buffet, you are welcome to book this on request and for an additional charge.

I had a wonderful stay at Gästehaus Fabiola. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hosts were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The location of the guesthouse is perfect for skiers, as it is just a few minutes from the ski bus stop.
The rooms are very comfortably furnished and offer beautiful views of the mountains. The host is extremely friendly and happy to provide tips for activities in the area. The location is also perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings and going hiking. I highly recommend the guesthouse and will definitely be coming back!
